Role
At XONIK, Research Engineers don't just build AI - they design the brains and behaviors of autonomous agents. You'll work at the frontier of Agentic AI, where systems don't just answer questions - they plan, decide, execute, and improve themselves over time.
Your work will span the full spectrum of agentic AI development - from designing novel architectures for autonomous decision-making to implementing robust training pipelines that enable agents to learn from experience and adapt to new scenarios.
Our focus is on domain-specific agents for industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and more - agents that adapt instantly, run continuously, and deliver precise results in dynamic environments.
While our products are still in active development, we are engineering them for scalability, reliability, and measurable business impact. We blend state-of-the-art research with practical engineering to ensure our agents can be rapidly customized for diverse client needs once launched.
Our team is small, flat, and talent-dense - engineers, scientists, and innovators who are:
