Back the research, and the products it points to
XONIK advises, researches and builds. Work for clients shows where enterprise AI and technology projects break. Published research tests why. Products in development remove the failure where it keeps repeating. We are open to talking with investors who want to back that sequence.

In brief
XONIK is open to conversations with investors who want to back its research and its products. The services show where enterprise AI work breaks, the research tests the mechanism in public, and the products in development remove the failure where it repeats. This page sets out the case, the risks and how to begin. It is not an offer.
What the capital would build
Each product begins with a failure we keep seeing.

A sequence, not a list of businesses
The services, the research and the products are one line of work seen at three stages. Since 2006 the services have put senior people next to executive teams as they take AI and technology decisions into daily use. For most of that time the work ran under other firms' names. It now runs under ours, and because every engagement is under NDA, what it teaches us can be shown only as pattern and mechanism.
That is why the research exists. A pilot nobody owns, systems that quietly stop agreeing, a buyer who asks an assistant and never finds a supplier: each shows up in many businesses before anyone writes it down. We write it down, with the method and the limits, so it can be tested by people who have nothing to gain from agreeing. The products are what we build once a problem has arrived often enough, and the tools on offer do not address it.
How one problem becomes a product
- 01
Delivery shows the failure
A failure arrives in different businesses in the same form, and the people who carry it have no tool built for it.
- 02
The mechanism is written down
We say why it happens, what it costs and where it can be seen, in terms a reader can check against their own business.
- 03
Research tests it in public
A report, a paper or a briefing sets out the evidence and its limits, and readers tell us where they disagree.
- 04
A product removes it
Only where the problem is real and unserved do we build, and a buyer sees the product before it is finished.
Every product here begins with a failure we have already watched happen.
That is the test a new product has to pass before it is built.
Why the research is part of the investment
Research does three jobs for the group. It lets a firm that cannot name its clients show how it thinks, so a buyer can judge the reasoning before they speak to anyone. It turns what the services see into something that can be reused: a mechanism, a method, a set of questions. And it is how buyers find us, because someone who reads a report on who owns an AI system after launch is already facing that problem.
It also holds the products to the same standard. A product that cannot be explained in the same plain terms as the research behind it is not ready to be built. The published reports, white papers and dated briefings are the record of that discipline, and a good part of what an investor can examine today.
What the capital would do
Capital would go to four things, none of them a promise of a result. It is set out here by purpose, because the sums are discussed in a conversation and not on a page.
| Purpose | What it would fund | What you could see afterward | How progress shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| The research program | More reports, white papers and briefings, with sources opened and read, and tools tested with readers | Published pieces, each with its method and limits | In public, by publication, not by a claim |
| Building the products | Taking each product from a description to a release that buyers can use, starting with the clearest buyer | A working release with its own terms and support | By buyers using it and saying what they would pay for |
| Testing with buyers | Waitlists into conversations, conversations into early use, before wider building | Written evidence of what buyers need and will pay for | In the conversation with you, with its source and date |
| Foundations | Hosting, security, support and the controls that software handling client information needs | A platform a buyer's security team can review | By the controls published in the Trust Center |
Who we would like to hear from
We are looking for investors who understand why a research and product business takes time to prove, and who can help with more than money.
It fits when
- You back software or research businesses and are comfortable with a product that has not yet launched
- You want to understand the mechanism before the numbers, and to judge the reasoning in the published work
- Your horizon is long enough for buyer testing to change what is built
- You can help with enterprise buyers, distribution or research credibility
Look elsewhere when
- You need published revenue or user figures before a first conversation, which we do not publish
- You want a product date or an outcome promised in advance
- You are looking to buy or merge a services business
The trade-off is plain. A reader gets the reasoning in full and the commercial detail only by asking, and a product that has not launched cannot show demand, only the problem and the plan.
What you can check before you write
Start with the work that is public. Read one of the research reports and look at its exhibits and sources. Run one of the free tools to see how we examine a problem. Read the description and stage of each product on the Proprietary Products page, and how we decide what to build on the Products page. Then look at how information is handled in the Trust Center.
What waits for a conversation is the commercial detail: what stage each product has reached and what is still undecided, how the group is organized in practice, what can be shared beyond this page and on what terms. Material that needs an NDA is shared under one.
How a conversation runs
- 01
You write to the investors address.
Say who you are and what you would like to understand. A paragraph is enough, and there is no form.
- 02
We reply to arrange a conversation.
A senior practitioner leads it, and the first exchange is between people.
- 03
The conversation covers what you asked, and what we would ask of you.
We say what is decided, what is not, and what we cannot yet answer. We ask what you would bring beyond capital.
- 04
Further material goes under an NDA where it needs one.
What can be shared, and on what terms, is agreed before anything is sent.
What do investors ask?
Is XONIK looking for investment?
We are open to conversations with investors who want to back the research and the products. This is an invitation to talk, not an offer: nothing is on sale here, and any investment would be agreed only in writing after a conversation and your own advice.
Does XONIK publish revenue, users or other traction?
No. This site states no financial figures and no measure of demand, because the products have not launched and the services run under NDA. If we share figures in a conversation, they come with their source and date, under an NDA where they need one.
What would the money be used for?
For four purposes: more published research, building the products from description to a release buyers can use, testing each with buyers before wider building, and the security and support foundations for software that handles client information. The amounts are discussed in a conversation.
Why invest in research as well as products?
The research is how a firm that cannot name its clients shows its reasoning, how buyers find us, and how a product is held to the same plain standard as the argument behind it. It is cheaper to be corrected in public before a product is built than after.
How do I reach the team?
Write to the investors address, introduce yourself and say what you would like to understand. We reply to arrange a conversation, so the first exchange is between people and not through a form.
