Built out of what kept happening.
The same gaps kept appearing across engagements. Rebuilding them each time is expensive for everybody, so we started building the things that close them.
In short
Five platforms, four of them still in build. Each was built out of a gap that kept appearing across engagements — visibility that nobody measures properly, operations spread across four systems, dashboards that hide disagreement, agents nobody can hold to account, and posts whose claims nobody checks once they are live. They are built alongside client work, which is slower and produces something already used.
In build
What is far enough along to describe.
Four of these have not shipped yet. Each is built alongside client work, which is slower than raising money to build it — and produces something that has already been used.
AI search visibility
A screenshot is not a measurement. Firms check whether an assistant names them, see themselves once, and conclude the work is paying off — then never check again.
It runs a fixed prompt set across four assistants, weekly, and shows the difference between the lists rather than a single result. It also names the stage you are actually stuck at, because most visibility work is spent on the half that decides nothing.
Business operations
Enquiry through to handover, in one place. Most firms run this across a CRM, a project tool, a billing system and a spreadsheet nobody admits to — then reconcile them by hand at month end.
Built for firms that sell work rather than seats: scoped engagements, retainers, vendors, clients and resellers, with the handover treated as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
Universal dashboard
Every operation has four or five systems that do not talk, and one person who reconciles them. That person is the integration, and they are the risk.
It reads across them and shows one picture, with the divergences surfaced rather than smoothed over. Where two systems disagree, it says so — which is the part every dashboard leaves out.
Agent platform
Departments of specialist agents, run as an operation rather than a demonstration. Each with a defined scope, a named owner, and a record of what it decided and why.
Attribution is the whole design. When four agents touch a decision and one gets it wrong, the chain can be replayed six months later — which is what separates a platform from a chain of prompts.
Dispatch
Agencies schedule a post, publish it, and never look at the claim inside it again. A figure that was right the week it was written stays up long after it stops being true.
What travels with the post is the difference — the figure, the publisher, the date, and the sentence it was taken from. The check keeps running after publishing, so a source that moves is named rather than left standing.
There are others, and they are earlier.
We do not name things before they are real. What is on this page has a working shape and a clear reason to exist. The rest will appear here when it can be described honestly.
Frequently asked
Answers on this page.
When do these ship?
We do not announce dates. Each is built alongside client work, which means it moves when the work allows. Register interest and you hear first.
Can I use one early?
Sometimes. Where a product overlaps with an engagement we are already doing, an early version occasionally goes in. Ask on the call.
Are these built on client work?
Built out of it, not from it. No client data, no client code, nothing that would identify anybody. The pattern is what carries over.
Why build products at all?
Because the same gaps kept appearing, and rebuilding them per engagement is expensive for everybody. Some problems are worth solving once.
Is there more than what is listed?
Yes. This page shows what is far enough along to describe. Others are earlier, and we do not name things before they are real.
How would investing work?
A conversation first. The brief covers what exists, what does not, and what the money would be for — including the parts that argue against it.
Want to know when one of these opens?
Register interest and you will hear once, when there is something to see. No sequence, and nobody calls you.
