How we decide
Why only some problems become products
Much of what we see in client work belongs to one organization: its data, its history, the way its teams split the work. That stays an engagement, because nothing we wrote down would carry over. Some problems come back in the same shape at companies that share nothing else. Buyers an AI assistant never mentions. Systems that give different answers to the same question. Agents that work well and have nobody answerable for them.
Fixing those by hand, client after client, is slow and costly for everyone. A product is our answer to that second kind of problem, and only where the fix can run without us in the room.

What do customers and investors ask us about the products?
Can I buy one of your products today?
No. Every product is in development and none is on sale, and this site gives no cost, release date or feature list. Join a waitlist and we will tell you when one opens. When a product reaches customers, it will have its own site, with terms and support to match.
How do your own products differ from product development?
Our own products start from problems that recur across organizations, and they will serve every customer the same way under plans and terms of their own. Product development is shaped around you under a written scope, for a product your team will run. The statement of work settles who owns what.
How do you decide what becomes a product and what stays an engagement?
A problem becomes a product when it recurs at companies that share little else, our fix barely changes between clients, a customer can run it without an engagement, and a named role answers for its output. Anything tied to one organization's data or history stays an engagement.
Who owns a product you build for us?
That is settled in the statement of work before work starts, so you and your counsel read the same text. We build to be owned: platforms your team can run and extend, and AI features designed for real use with real users rather than for demonstrations.
