What happens
You talk, we ask, and we say what we think — including where the problem actually sits, which is often not where the conversation started.
Within a day you have it in writing: what we would do, what it would cost, and what is not included. Reading it commits you to nothing.
Who you get
A senior practitioner who would lead the work. Not a qualification call, and nobody who would hand you over afterwards.
Nothing to bring
No brief, no budget, no decision. If it helps: what is happening, what you have tried, and any date something has to be true by.

A fair number of these end with us saying no — the decision is already made, nobody will own the output, or a tool you can buy does it. Half an hour is a cheap way to find that out. If you would rather not talk at all, write instead and you will get a real answer within a working day.
