What this policy covers
This policy covers the text, graphics, design, code, research, tools, templates and downloads published on this website, the XONIK name and logo, and the work XONIK produces for clients. It also covers material you send us, such as the text of an enquiry, which stays yours; we use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
The website and what it publishes
XONIK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. owns or has the right to use everything published on this website, unless a page says otherwise. Reading, linking to and quoting short extracts of our published research with attribution and a link is welcome. Copying a whole page or a whole report, or presenting our work as your own, needs our written agreement.
Tools and downloads
The assessments and calculators are provided for your own use. The scoring rules are described on each tool's page so that you can understand a result, and the results you produce are yours. The downloads are open: no email address is needed to obtain them.
The XONIK name and logo
XONIK and the XONIK logo identify this firm. They may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or partner with someone when we have not agreed to it. Do not alter the logo, and do not place it on material that implies a relationship we have not agreed. If you would like to refer to us in your own materials, write to us and say how.
Work done for clients
The statement of work sets who owns what XONIK produces in an engagement. Materials, methods and tools that XONIK had before the engagement, or develops independently of it, stay with XONIK. A client's own materials and information stay with the client. When ownership of a deliverable passes to the client, the statement of work says when and on what conditions, so that neither side has to guess later.
Other people's material
Where we quote or refer to other people's work, we cite the source, and the copyright in it stays with its owner. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, tell us which page and what the issue is, and we will look at it promptly.
