Quoting with attribution is fine; republishing, reselling or training a model on it generally is not. It does not cover intellectual property in client deliverables, which the relevant statement of work governs, or third-party material embedded here under its own licence.
Everything published here is free to read and most of it is free to quote, with attribution. This policy says what may be reused, what may not, and what to do if you want to go further than it allows.
Ownership of content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the XONIK website is owned by XONIK or used under licence. This includes:

- Logos, trademarks and brand assets

Trademarks

Limited use permitted under applicable law — quotation for commentary, criticism, education or research — remains subject to the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.
Third-party intellectual property
Some material on our website may include content owned by third parties: client trademarks used with permission, technology partner logos, open-source software, stock imagery or other licensed material. Ownership remains with them, and inclusion here transfers no rights.
Client work
During consulting engagements, intellectual property rights in deliverables, methodologies, software, reports and other work products are governed by the applicable client agreement or statement of work. Nothing on this website modifies those arrangements.
Copyright infringement
XONIK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. If you believe material here infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the work involved, the material you believe infringing, its URL, your contact details, and the basis of your claim. We will review legitimate notices and act where appropriate.
Requesting permission
