Where the work is packaged.

Three independent businesses selling defined, fixed-price work under their own names. Different transaction, different buyer, same standards.

In short

XONIK scopes work and quotes it. The ventures sell it packaged, with the price on the page and no proposal in between. That is a different transaction and a different buyer — and where the shape of the work is already known, it serves everybody better than scoping it again.

Three businesses, each with its own site and its own pricing.

Where the shape of the work is already clear, packaging it serves everybody better than scoping it. These are the places that do that.

webcare24

WordPress care and maintenance

Trading

Monthly care plans for WordPress sites somebody depends on — updates, backups, uptime, security, and a person who answers when something breaks.

Packaged and priced on the page. No scoping call, no proposal, no quote. Pick a plan and it starts.

upmarklabs

Growth, content and media

Trading

Demand generation built to compound rather than to spend — content systems, search, and media buying for firms that need the pipeline to still exist in a year.

Retained rather than project-based, because the work only compounds if it keeps running. Monthly, with what is being done visible rather than reported.

ReactPress

Productised WordPress engineering

Trading

A catalogue of defined WordPress builds — each with a fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed date.

You know what arrives before you buy it. Which is a different transaction from an engagement, and the right one when the shape of the work is already clear.

Each runs its own site. Links go up as each domain settles.

If you are not sure which one you need.

A short call settles it, and a fair number of them end with us pointing at one of these rather than at ourselves. That is the intended outcome rather than a fallback.

Frequently asked

Answers on this page.

How are these different from XONIK?

XONIK scopes work and quotes it. The ventures sell it packaged, with the price on the page. Different transaction, different buyer, usually a different size of problem.

Are they separate companies?

They run under their own names with their own sites and pricing. XONIK is the group they sit under, and the same standards apply across all of them.

Which one do I need?

If you know what you want built and it fits a defined shape, one of these. If you do not know what should be built, start with XONIK instead.

Can you point me at the right one?

Yes, and we would rather do that than take work that fits somewhere else better. It costs a short call.

Do they share people?

Some, at the senior level. The delivery teams are their own, which is what lets them hold their prices.

Will there be more?

Probably. A venture exists where the work is repeatable enough to package. When something else reaches that point, it will appear here.

Not sure which one fits?

Describe what you need. We will point at the right one — including when the right one is somebody else entirely.
